Everyone has a unique taste that they hold dear deep within their hearts. Chef Ko designed a menu using \u2018Myeongju-dong Grandmother Recipe\u2019 that contains memories and stories of home cooking which is the most Gangneung-esque and that will give unforgettable memories to visitors to Gangneung. The table will be highlighted by gajami-sikhae (pickled halibut) prepared by the chef offering the flavors of Gangneung\u2019s seas and potatoes, a staple of Gangwon cuisine. This performance will examine the communion of humans and ingredients, elevate hierarchy of behavior and senses of dining, and the artistic possibilities of tastes.
